The default LuCI theme is called Bootstrap. Install other themes via Packages, go to LuCI → System → Software, filter for “luci-theme”, you will see several available.

To change themes go to System → System → Language and Style. Use the Design dropdown to select the theme, then click save and apply:

• Darkmatter is a dark and material UI inspired theme pleasing to the eyes.
• Infinity Freedom is a theme geared towards those who appreciate a darker tone and easy navidation.
• Neobird is a clean, beautiful theme with mobile support.
• Rosy is a simplist theme with higher focus on easy colors for the eye and simple navigation UI.
